Every piece is made to order, so here's what to expect and how to reach us.
Track your order
- Official store (shop.jawanzaessentials.com): your confirmation email has your order details, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as it ships. Check spam or promotions if you don't see it.
- Etsy, TikTok Shop or eBay: open the order in that app or site under Purchases or Orders. Tracking shows there once it ships.
Timing
Most orders are printed in 2 to 5 business days, then ship in about 3 to 7 business days in the US. Embroidered items like the beanie can take a little longer.
